the brown sugar that was faux sugar had to go

diarrhea

cereal my wife said for moi to get

so my sugar free has failed but

is way lower

banana every day now

yes beware fruit has sugar issues

turkey bacon sucks

tried the gluten free english muffins sucks

really suck and is not worth it

as for exercise

did some yoga yesterday

dont like it but this pill has to be taken

so I am tolerating the E word

My eyes are fine

just need reading glasses
